Yes, all of our handymen are fully licensed and insured to ensure safe, high-quality work and give you peace of minShipments are typically delivered within 4-7 working days. Your detailed tracking report will include:

The status “Returned to Shipper” indicates that the shipment was sent back to the original sender. This may occur due to various reasons, such as the consignee refusing delivery, an untraceable address, or other factors.

Shipment movement details are recorded each time a tracking sticker is scanned. Common scans include the following:

  1. Origin
  2. Destination
  3. Date of Booking
  4. Delivery location
  5. Shipment date or billing date

If your weekly COD statement is incorrect or has errors, please contact us within 3 days of its upload on your portal to share your queries.

Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 6 PM, six days a week. For deliveries outside these hours, DropEx offers a "Delivery on Demand" option for added convenience.

Yes! DropEx maintains records of every delivery, including the recipient, time, and delivery location.

Accurate weight and dimensions are required to ensure correct charges. Incorrect details may cause delays, require additional payment, and incure a service fee before the parcel continues its journey.
